The workflow: Find, Validate, Ship, Measure

Every recommendation goes through the same four steps. The beta is built around a few deliberate moves, not constant repricing.

Parbat reads your catalog and performance data (traffic, conversion, sales velocity, inventory, cost per item and price history) and looks for the products where a price change is most likely to improve revenue and gross profit.

The result is a short list of candidate moves: one product or price group, one proposed price.

Before a move reaches a real customer, Parbat tests it. It runs the candidate prices past simulated shoppers built from your store’s own behavior, compares them with your current price, and checks the move against your guardrails.

A move that passes its checks is validated and ready to ship. One that hasn’t been tested yet is awaiting validation. See Validation.

You review the move and its Evidence Pack, and you decide. Shipping updates the price in Shopify. Nothing ships without you. See Only you ship.

Your displayed, landing-page and checkout prices change together. Price changes flow through to your Google Shopping and Meta feeds the way any Shopify price change does.

After a move ships, Parbat measures what actually happened against what it projected, and shows you where it was right and where it was wrong. If a move isn’t working, you can roll it back. See Measuring results.

Traditional tests need enough orders per group and several weeks per move. That works for a few high-traffic products, not an entire catalog. Parbat narrows the field before any shopper sees a new price, then learns from the real result after you ship.
